How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?

We roast our beans in small batches daily. Every bag is marked with a 'Roasted On' date and features a one-way degassing valve to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both. You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Espresso, Drip, or French Press brewing methods.

Where does Origin Coffee source its beans?

We practice ethical sourcing by partnering directly with sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. All our beans are 100% Arabica and Fair Trade certified.

How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of roasting. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via standard carriers to ensure the beans arrive at their peak flavor profile.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?

Yes, you have full control. Through your account dashboard, you can pause, skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees.
