At Origin Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-consumable equipment and accessories within 30 days of purchase. If your coffee arrives damaged or you received the wrong roast, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or store credit.

Email our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item or packaging if it arrived damaged.
Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a return shipping label or confirm your refund eligibility.
Pack and Ship
For equipment returns, ensure the item is in its original packaging and securely boxed before dropping it off at a local carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
